About me

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as a lawyer with individuals and families. This gave me insight into people’s stories and the experiences that shape them. It was during this time that I realised I was drawn to working more directly with the emotional side of the work and in supporting people through difficult experiences. This led me to retrain as a psychotherapist.

My mixed heritage of Asian and European descent and growing up with different cultural influences naturally informs and enriches my work. This has deepened my awareness of identity as well as the many ways people can experience and express themselves. I aim to offer a space where exploring issues around cultural identity, belonging and difference can be understood with care, sensitivity and support.

I support professionals working in high pressure, fast paced environments as well as young adults navigating the challenges that often accompany university life, careers and relocation.

I also have particular experience supporting creatives and those within the performing arts and have a strong understanding of the unique demands and challenges of this field.

Whatever stage of life you are in, I am here to listen and help support you.
