How I work

My main focus is on creating a warm, confidential and supportive space, where I can be alongside you, helping you reflect on your current situation. I listen, without judgment, to whatever it is you would like to talk to me about. Sometimes life can be challenging and we can find ourselves struggling to cope. The process of being listened to, heard and understood can bring great relief to emotional distress. I will help you make sense of complex feelings, supporting you in identifying ways to make positive changes to your life.

While we can not change painful past experiences, we can work together to better understand how the past may be playing out in the present. Together, we can then challenge deep held beliefs and behaviours that may have been useful in the past but may no longer be serving you now.

Fees & availability

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and can be held either in person (in SW1W) or online. I work weekdays, including early mornings and some evenings.

My fee is £90 per session. I currently hold some reduced rate fees for those who might need them (including students, keyworkers, those on low income, trainee counsellors). Please feel free to enquire.
